Barrio libre de uzupis, barrio de los artistas

Es un barrio de Vilnius, en la parte vieja de la ciudad. A principios de los ’90 se creó la República de Uzupis, con su propia bandera y Constitución.

Es un  barrio curioso pero hay que visitarlo. Lo más conocido son los artículos de su Constitución, escritos en unas placas colgadas en la calle.

It is a neighborhood of Vilnius, in the old part of the city. At the beginning of the ’90s the Republic of Uzupis was created, with its own flag and Constitution.

It is a curios place but it is worthy a visit. One of the most best known things are the articles of its Constitution, written down on plates hung on the street.
